To all my friends and customers,
The reaction to the news of my shop closing has really been a surprise and I am very touched. I have tried to do my best to make sure every customer has a good experience in dealing with me, at the shop, on the phone, by email, or at the shows I attend. From your response and the things that have been on the web, the phone calls I have received and the reaction at the shop, I am really taken back. I was offered several career options recently and I decided that the shop could be closed and I could work on the web only, but now I am not so sure. I have taken a position that leaves me more flexible and able to travel most weekends. I have decided not to close the shop, and I will continue to give you the service that you have become used to from CRM Hobbies. I will be doing selected shows, and our web site is going to get a new make over, and be much more user friendly and complete. Check my address of crmhobbies on ebay for good deals, on rare and over stock items, some of you already are. Please feel free to call the shop and talk to Trish, Mike, or myself for any of your modeling needs. Keep an eye on this web site for the changes. I want to thank all the people who have made CRM a success, and given me a great 20 years, and counting. If anyone had a heart attack over the news, I am really sorry. I guess we will all go into 2008 together and I hope everyone has a great year.
